Oriol has been class this pre season, obviously not as press resistant as busquets (yea I know, I know).

But he'll give us a good season or 2 if he stays fit

Biggest take him is that even with a make shift midfield duo in front, that Oriol is showing absolutely no loss of Busquets.

Actually he looks more solid defensively than Busi. Offensively obv. Not as good but he does give us more defensive stability for sure. He knows how to defend. Not just sure if his legs will be quick enough in real games.

Happens almost every game once min. Not loving him as a CB. I rate Araujo and Christensen way more. To be honest, if he doesn't want to play RB, probably should sell for a big free.

We have been riding this Busi train so long that even a journeyman sub 5million player looks a great replacement.

Busquets isn't world class as a ball winner. Never was. Reads the game well but he was never a Kante in winning balls.

I'm gonna be honest I'm kinda worried about Liverpool too next season. But Klopp is great with getting them to play but I doubt our squad is as good as others.

I would like to see Ansu get a couple goals this half working with Balde. Those 2 compliment each other well.

A resurgent Ansu can be like a new signing in a world where those are hard to come by.
