In retrospect letting go of that Brazilian RB we signed from betis, and keeping dest was a big mistake.

But it was a good financial move.

Romeu seems like the type of player that will be very good against mid table-low table clubs but get absolutely schooled against CL/Europa level teams. Noticing some fundamental mistakes already, like not getting into clear spaces when the other mids or CB's are pressured.

He has a bit of tendency to hide. Not sure if it's because he is not comfortable yet but he needs to help more for sure.

Leao seems to be a good fit for counter attacking team but for Barca he would be disaster. He is not so good with small spaces. Thrives on space.

This may seem crazy. Balde seems to be the best player for Barca so far this preseason. He has game breaking talent. Just like Alphonso Davies

Combination of lack of pace, strength/balance and technique. Happens with age.
