Looking to replace Kounde will definitely get you a Sidegrade. It won't be an upgrade.
Sure you might get a player who is better than him gong forward, and with attack. But you sure won't get a better player defensively and who knows to adapt.
We need balance, where Balde is very attack-oriented, it helps to balance our backline, without the need for the "DM" to drop down regularly.
We need a backup not a starter.

Kounde is not that great defensively.
Gets skinned 1v1 a fair bit v pacey wingers and lets in crosses from his side too often for a top full back defensievly.
Above average defensively but not much more at RB.
