Don't call up the devil. This needs to be Pique's final season. And even this he needs to be purely Xavi 2015 role, nothing more. I mean if even Busquets is leaving next summer, and Pique is 2 years older...this will be such a breath of fresh air. Only Alba and Ter Stegen then remain, before we're free of this horrible defensive line. I'm guessing even if they're not leaving yet, we're at least buying real replacements for them next summer (like for Pique this summer), since our midfield and attack will (hopefully) be set for a few years after this summer, especially if we manage to also get someone like Zubimendi to replace Busquets.

Right now we are the only big club interested, with Chelsea getting Koulibaly, Bayern after De Ligt and RM gor Rudiger early on.
Unless Bayern shift interests or PSG decide to go after him, I think we are well positioned to get him

It's just stupid, Chelsea have been in contact with Koulibaly and his agent just yesterday...I always knew he was going there, and he'll be the perfect Rudiger replacement for them, maybe even better. He'll give them 3-5 world class years, while we're gonna sign Kounde for twice as much and he'll probably turn out to be a flop in that time, just like Lenglet has. We should and could've signed Koulibaly weeks ago for that 30M that Napoli want, but will only accept from foreign clubs, so Juve got no chance of getting him. It's either us or more likely Chelsea, cause we can't seem to move on from this Kounde obsession.

There were reports City could go after him when they sell Ake to Chelsea. But other reports say Pep prefers his Croatian son (Joško Gvardiol).

Another reason to not hurry with his signing is he's still recovering from injury and he didn't even travel with Sevilla to their preseason tour in South Korea.

Don't believe Dest is going anywhere, Xavi wants him and Azpi for that RB spot. Hopefully we're not stupid enough to give away Dest, when we don't even need Depay anymore, especially if Lewa does come.
