Maybe the negative twats here (you know who you are) can shut up for a week or two now.

This forum is also infested with trolls like Rassbum who put on pom poms for Bayern, Chelsea, United, and even Inter Miami (lmao) but look for ways to shit on Barca

Calm down mate. First we need to sign Kounde, than a good full back. After that Xavi needs to make this team work hard and they have to build a wining mentality. In addition to that some players like Pedri, Gavi, Araujo, Torres and Fati need to gain more experience to became a world class players.

Top4 squad in the world minimum

Brace yourselves boys.

This coming from top reliable CHELSEA journalist (who wants Kounde to play for them):

@JacobsBen 34m
My understanding on Jules Kounde is there has been an unexpected twist. Barcelona have U-turned from Friday morning but are yet to table an official bid. Chelsea felt race was won yesterday. They still have a full agreement with Sevilla. Barca don't just yet.
Sevilla's position has always been Barca must formally bid fast & match Chelsea's offer. Barcelona believe they can bid ?40-45m and get closer (not match) to Chelsea's overall fee with add ons. Remains to be seen whether Sevilla accept. Again, no formal offer has yet been made.
Barcelona had given up hope but Xavi pushed hard for a bid. Barca also always felt Kounde U-turning and travelling to Portugal to train with Sevilla bought them some time. As previously reported, this was not what Chelsea wanted.
Situation right now, Chelsea have a deal with Sevilla awaiting only formalities & formal sign off. They've agreed preferential personal terms with Kounde. (Reminder, players can & do agree terms with multiple clubs). #CFC can do no more. Yesterday they felt transfer was imminent.
Barcelona have finally responded, though, even if Sevilla deny active negotiations. The clubs have been in contact. Obviously if Barca now agree a fee, it will all then come down to player choice. That's where Barca feel they have advantage although Kounde is open to both moves
The pursuit of Kounde has really been an incredible saga. With Raphinha, Barcelona made their hand pretty hand clear. Challenge was simply about agreeing terms with Leeds. But with Kounde, it's a whole new level of games, smokescreens and late U-turns.
Credit to @gerardromero for being first to report Barca's 'hijack'. He's right that things at Barca changed in past few hours. But no Barca deal with Sevilla is done just yet. I am sure you're all sick of hearing it this... but a big 24 hours ahead. That's the reality as of now.

Chelsea journos recognizing Romero has their number, Barca has Chelsea's number, and Matue Padremany is their club's daddy!!

So we still haven't put in a bid yet or we have but Sevilla is just denying it?

WE have bided verbally it seems, and when we agree with Sevilla on structure of the deal, it will become official...
Sevilla are denying negotiations, they have their own reason it seems

Some squad Barca going to have with the young lads and these signings.

A squad befitting this seasons strip.

If managed to sell FDJ and Depay for 100m odd it would probably only be a net spend of around 30m as well.

Exactly why I'd do it. Would possibly add room for one more top signing if something comes up, without having the need to do it if nothing pops out.

To be honest I dont think the squad needs Silva assuming that is who they go for.

Bin Azpi and Alonso and use Kounde/Araujo as RBs if needed and get a younger back up LB.

At CM/AM Kessie/Pedri/Gavi are enough and then have Torre/Roberto/Nico even Raphinha maybe as options there is needed for 4th in line.

Target would be Bernardo in that scenario, but any [near] world class fullback we could potentially add?

Bernardo would come at huge cost on books in a position have Pedri/Gavi/Kessie and others as 4th option behind that.

If they do that then wont be keeping all four of those CMs happy for too long.

Hold the money and see if need to invest in a DM next season or the next young CF in couple years possibly.
