There is no reason to start Araujo over him, at least against Alaves. In big UCL games, against those world class attackers Araujo should probably have a spot but he has no business in these games when he can't pass a ball.
I still wouldn’t trust him in big games but he has improved alot recently. Another player who seems to be reborn under Flick. His passing is miles ahead of Araujo, understands the offside trap aswell. Now imagine if you said that about three years ago.
