24 - Eric García

Like I said he's very talented but there's nothing we could do to stop him from finding greener pastures for himself. Could we offer him a decent pay raise? probably but we really can't promise him first team action in the next couple of years either, there's already steep competition in guys like Marlon,Umtiti and the Possible arrival of Yerry Mina and even Bueno as well.

People losing their minds about this and claim it's the end forget about the young talented CB's we already have in the pipeline that are closer to the main team than Garcia is. If he ends up being the real deal I wouldn't doubt us eventually coming for him later but as of right now what can we do other than giving him a pay raise?

Looks like he'll sign a 3-year contract/Gerard Romero saying 4-year, earning 1m each season, and training with City's 1st team from his 2nd season.

Barca offered him a Juvenil B contract.

He'll be back within 5-6 years, guaranteed.

Barça pay 150 000 eur. City 1M. Case closed.
He´s too young for us to know if he´s great.

Mixed performance except when you consider he's 17 (Although essentially 18, Bday in a few weeks) and the pressure of the occasion in a quarterfinal knockout match. Still an odd situation with the player and why he left, was it money or was it Segura et al and the poor management of La Masia?

It sucks that the first good CB prospect from La Masia in years doesn't even play for us anymore smh
