You really don't believe in that bold part do you? Even you were one of those who kept coming here laughing at Barca thinking they could get him off PSG. I don't know where that "realistic" part coming from. Either if we agree on Hummels I don't agree that someone like Benatia was unrealistic as well. I just don't think Barca tried enough for him cause he was not their priority as someone like Marquinhos was.

And agents meet many clubs. Doesn't mean each one of them clubs want their players so bad. It's their jobs to negotiate with the interested clubs or offering their players to the certain clubs.

I never laughed at Barcelona. It happened that i criticized Zubi and Rosell (at the time he was president, i never hid that i hated him), but as i said to JamDav 10 times, i never make fun of other clubs, especially not the ones i like. I may have been harsh to some members, but heated discussions with them don't mean i intended to laugh at barcelona.

That said, yeah i believe in what i said. If Marcos started to boycott PSG it might have been different. Till he accepted his fate, he was closer than any hummels or benatia to force his way out. He was the only one of three that felt cheated by his club.

Pique might not be the best defender in the world, but he is one of the better imo, Vermaelen wont bench him.

The impression I have of him is that he was a pretty good defender and was unlucky with one bad injury (he isn't injury prone with multiple injuries) and lost his place in that time period. Once Wenger settled on Mertasacker-Koscielny he was never going to get his place back. If he regains his form he'll be a good player to have in the squad.

This exactly. He was quality untill he lost his place, when fully matchfit he usually starts for the NT alongside Kompany over Vertonghen, Van Buyten & Lombaerts. He's not a world class cb but he's not a bad singning either.

I don't think so. PSG didn't even wanted to start the talks about a possible transfer… no room for bids then. The numbers you're talking about are pure speculation.

Some of you guys are talking about Pique vs Vermaelen, but I think that Pique & Bartra are competing for the RCB position and the two left-footed players (Mathieu and Thomas) for the LCB position.

And I don't think that we'll buy any other player this summer. Vermaelen was probably the last one, and Cuadrado won't play for us because Dani's staying and the price of the Colombian is too high.
