No, if Vidal keeps the #22, Umtiti will definitely go for the #23. That was his Lyon number and he's got business on the side called Cercle23 so it's double practical.
So far we know Denis claimed the #6, I see Gomes taking the #15 to match his NT jersey and who knows about Digne and new striker signing.

From what I have heard (I used to follow Roma) Roma doesn't have any money.
They are selling majority of players, loaning 10s of players and buying players only for peanuts (like 1-5 Millions).
I don't see how would they pay 10M for an injury prone oldie.
They don't have any money.
And that is totally the opposite of how they usually buy players.
I guess that Roma only has some money for a loan deal...

If TM is correct they've already spent almost 100M this season. Some players like El Shaarawy, Salah and Džeko did already play for them last season on loan and now they've executed their obligative buy options. So I think it's possible they'll pay 8-10M for Vermaelen next year.

They are actually one of the biggest spenders so far almost reaching 100M.They got some Money back with Pjanic and other not so important players but it still surprised me.

Somehow I've always seen this being used. 'Obligatory buy-option', 'Obligatory option to buy' etc....
An option itself is a right, but not an obligation. Not sure if it's the footballing world playing with words and adopted this term or something else, but as far as I can remember, I've always read and heard it.
Obligatory signing clause would be more apt I guess.
