MD reports Vermaelen's recovery has stalled after having sore muscle. He had started running few days ago, but now forced to stop.

It just sadly dawned on me Arsenal essentially got Sanchez for £15 million.
They bought him from us for £30 million but by selling Vermaelen to us for half of that means they got rid of someone - and his weekly wage - of no value to them in exchange for one of the world's best players who is still rather young.
What makes it worse is that we all saw it coming.

Be accurate with the values: We sold Sanchez for 42M euros and bought Vermaelen for 8M euros.
