Even though Loki's logic is right and normally you should rate by the training performance if a player is better than an another player, some players need the adrenaline of a real match to unleash their full power. If Woj isnt absolutely crap in training he should play as Pena is really horrible in every 1vs1 situations, cant imagine that Woj is worse 🤔

You seen Pena play or what?

MATS is Neuer compared to this midget.

He played a few games so far. Some good saves. The only shot he could have saved but conceded, and was somewhat poor from him, was the long range goal vs Osasuna, the 4-1 goal I think.

We'll see how it goes.

Relax, it means the Polish guy is rusty. You can't go from retired to being starter vs the biggest teams in Europe just like that, like switching a button.

He was a starter for a big club already. Experienced more than that Pena guy ever did.
Retired for merely a couple of weeks.
It is nothing...Not like he's a winger and has to cover 12 km in a match.

It's not nothing if the manager says so.
OK then...
I thought you did express your own feelings alone...
Still,
It may be about internal politics...
I suspect Flick was not an enthusiast of his comming in the first place. Szczęsny is known to be controversial...unlike systematic and organized Flick. Time will tell.
All I know is that big Woj did not come out of his retirement to watch the likes of Pena play instead of him.

I did that also. I agree with the manager in this case.

Sczensny still has to confirm to play. I think it's gonna take 2-3 weeks personally to get ready. Still, in principle, if Pena does well you can't just bench him for no reason.

All right, let's calm down...
On a second thought...to be fair, the fact is that Pena made some clumsy moves but did not fuck up to the point of losing a point, nonetheless.
Also, it is not like Szczęsny arrives here as a savoir on a high horse...perhaps we ought to wait for Pena to fuck up some more?
You should let a player start on a merit, not a popularity contest.
All right, if thats the case Mr. Flick, fair enough.... I trust you...I'll wait....

Yeah, pretty much we have to wait a bit and trust the managers. So far, Flick is probably content with Pena and Szczesny is probably not ready.

But damn 😡🤬...fuck the calming down!
I wanted big Woj to start tomorrow and Bayern!😬😬😬
Geeze where's my Marlboro red...you know the one with the yellow filter, that Woj smoked and all.🤠

He's been out of practice for two months. Makes sense if he need a bit more time to get in proper match shape. Although I hoped he would be ready for the game vs. Bayern.
