Really sad Luis Enrique didn't call him for world cup. The only things Alba is better at is experience when attacking. Balde is far superior and secure in defense and simply needs a bit more experience when it comes to attacking, even that hes still dangerous due to pace and dribbling ability. Bad decision.

The fixtures that will suit him more than Alba; will suit Gaya more than him.
It is a logical decision for Lucho tbh, after the World Cup, both him and Jutgla should be integrated in the team,possibly by another coach

Balde will almost certainly be called up post World Cup, and probably be a fixture in the national setup for the foreseeable future if he becomes one of LE's favourites unlike Grimaldo, Cucu, Thiago.

This World Cup come has come a bit too soon for him. Which is a shame but time is on his side and not alot of competition.

Against Osasuna when he was right outside the oppo's box Dembele made two or three passes to him from the inside and each time he waited to make his runs till after Dembele passed to him so he had to catch up to it giving him less time to make passing decisions. Barca has this severe problem of being static in the final third which makes defending very easy. Smart link up play in around the box is rare as hen's teeth these days, mostly just Lewa doing solo efforts to score lower xG shots.
