Are you injury prone because you’re a Barca player or you a Barca player because you’re injury prone?

Tell me Ronald san!

Didn't Xavi change the whole staff?

He brought back the head doctor that was under Guardiola (the same where Messi & Iniesta were traveling to Madrid & Italy to get second opinions).

But changing 2-3 people ain't enough, the whole thing stinks.

Every bad injury in this tournaments is a Barcelona player.

Dembouz and Lenglet not being subject to our staff anymore are rock solid.

Ansu is finished because of them.

Ansu was under different medical team, but at that time we were doing knee surgeries under Dr. Cugat who is one of the top in the fields and was affiliated to the club since 1992, and many other clubs sent their players to do surgeries with him. but he is/was in his 70's (born in 1950) so Fati, Coutinho and Stegen all went to other surgeons afterwards.
Barca has changed medical teams several times, there is no one who was there all the time, and during a time we actually had very good team (around Pep time till Lucho's)
Currently only the main doctor is staying but the rest of the physical preparation and physios has changed, we brought more experienced and highly regarded specialists who worked with NT and other Liga clubs.
The team doctor doesn't play as big of a role btw, because all surgeries are done externally and usually consults surgeons, his main job is more of diagnostic than anything else.

Medical staff cannot fix fragile humans.
People are delusional.

People are delusional.

While this is true, there is also things and areas to improve.
Pato talked about how his injuries improved drastically when he found a physio that found where the muscle unbalance was.
Messi himself was very injury prone until he improved his body, was taught how to avoid contact and even how to deal with it when it happens.

Medecine is an inexact science that is largely based on probabilities and try and learning from mistakes, it is always gonna be a question if something wrong was made or there was an area to improve? or it was just a fragile human being.

For me, my uneducated theory is that we have a problem with players we introduced very early tbh, Fati, Pedri, Gavi, Balde all suffered serious injuries before the age of 21. But again, it is always subjective

I think that if you look at how the club is run in other areas, that it is not an outlandish leap of faith to assume that our medical staff are not at the forefront of the industry.

Inhouse hires? Dated ideas? Catalan prioritisation? Dated systems and infrastructure?

Again, just assuming, but probably yes to all of those.

Agree.

We have retards in board in terms of transfers.

Laporta is leftist, supporting wild africans importing to spain, hired 50% of women just for equality...

So, there is reason why we are here.

Probably some transgender or african voodoo shit is happening in medical stuff.

Easy sell in theory. Rated, not as good as some believe, in his last years, fuck-up machine, and injury prone a bit too. Dump him to EPL, Bayern, PSG, or whatever. Ah, and not a good leader either. He's just muscle and little else.
