No need? Have you seen our fixture list? Away to Russia midweek (the whole squad just returned from Panama, USA and Saudi Arabia anyway). Then away to Levante who are, like, unbeatable at home. Probably under shitty pitch conditions like Real Madrid. Then Athletic Bilbao, then Benfica and then Real Betis away. Worst fixture list of all time. Need Pique and Puyol back to their best ASAP. Confident that Puyol will start and play 90 minutes today.

And Atletico after that will be tough too, even though we've been destroying them at home for the past few seasons. I'm really worried about Levante and Betis away. Two of the 4 most difficult grounds to go to in La Liga, Bilbao and Osasuna being the other 2.

He wasnt too happy with the sub, need to sell him before he starts undermining Tito's authority.

that run at the end of first half when the striker already gave up, but he still made a 30-40 meter sprint to recover the ball was just epic. pretty much sums him up as well.

I did really like how mad he was when he got subbed off. Clearly shows how badly he wants to help the team and lead it to the top.

It was a good call, but Tito, a ship needs a Captain, a happy one! you could have told him previously that you were going to do it to avoid this situation...

Other than that - no offense to Valdes, but Puyol is pretty much our 2nd goalkeeper, a wall that's it's nearly impossible to break. Only Montoya's small mistake made us concede a goal, Puyol was perfect as always. The team overall did seem better when attacking, that happened probably because they didnt't need to worry about the defense because they knew they had super Puyol to cover up their backs & mistakes.

Actually, what about this, lets sell Tito instead, and make Puyol retire as a player and become our coach? :beer2:

This man is like a good luck charm. When he's around the team just plays better.

Am glad he got subbed off though. Don't need to risk injury again.
