He is a natural leader and it seems he is a good teacher too,those are assets for his post playing career

Not sure about the source, however I'd love him to become a manager one day. Surely he can replace Eusebio

Yeah he just doesn't have it to play games constantly anymore.

There are rumors he will retire at the end of the season. Last start is pushing it, especially if we don't get a CB in Jan but I do see him retiring. Unfortunately
