His first goal for us in 34 matches.

Hope he isn't injured. Looked like he got s knock or something.

Shouldn't be anything serious imo, might have to sit out the Alaves game (which won't be ideal but we can survive) and then has two weeks off.

The people whining about his salary on a little 2 year contract are silent now.

He just needed a run of games without injury to show his class.

Hey...slow down with your choirboy praises. He has been good but Barca haven't faced really tough opposition yet. I will judge him when he has done so consistently through out the season.

If he played poorly vs youngboys, getafe, villareal, monaco, etc then he should never been playing football again.

I for one like his athleticism, but lets not pretend like he is the reincarnation of prime maldini or even something close.

He's the only left-footed CB we have. I think that's the key to our success right now.

Lets see how he fairs against Bayern, Real and Dortmund.

It's still early, but he is clearly the best CB we have had for the past 1.5 months.

Bro, why doesn't this Forum rate him?

The guy's is dropping 7-8/10 games for the past 8 games and the Forum still looking for a CB.

If he carries this form we actually dont need one, bar someone leaving.

He has been good, relative to the strength of opposition so far.

i understand it is a norm here to rate players on small sample sizes but let no one pretend he is the new Paulo Maldini or the reincarnation of Oscar Ruggeri. Inigo himself knows he is a placeholder. Once everyone is fit, he will return to his rightful place-bench.

He's been good and seems to have good chemistry with Cubarsi.
If he was few years younger noone would be thinking of replacement. Particularly for likes of Tah.

He's always realiable and good, was also good for Xavi when people criticised him but he didn't have a lot of bad games, just too much injuries. The big test is coming now, we'll se how he'll do. If he plays well in the next two matches I don't think Araujo walks back into the starting 11 for now.
