I like everything about him, but wish he'll become bolder and take a shot at goal when in a very good position. Just go for it. He's a very quick and tenacious player, he could surprise people with his shooting and really be our most complete midfielder, the CM we'd been looking for.
Also, Khaled is right, rotate him wisely. He's too young to be played every game. Don't want this one as well to develop muscle injuries because of too much strain on his still young body too soon.
