Most of those goals are in matches that we were already winning. And if you look closely he is insecure as fuck in front of goal.

The header vs Atletico is the only important goal he score this season, one that really made an impact. And even he or Flick couldn't believe it went in. The second one was laid to him on a platter by a crumbling Atletico.

All in all he has improved this season(stats wise), but who hasn't from our squad? Gavi maybe. He isn't good at being a winger and he isn't a true striker.

Can't rely on him as a starter, can't rely on him making an impact from the bench. Sell

In the end, if we win another trophy. People won't mind, us buying him for 60m.

All that matters is if he was a part of our success. With his performance against Atleti and Dortmund, I belive he has more than justified that.

Bro alone against Dortmund he scored twice to win us the game and he scored a few times the equalizer during the bad run before christmas....

Not really. Goals vs Atletico, Dortmund, Betis, all away I think. He scored some important goals against some serious teams.

Can realy on him from the bench this season. This is pretty much a fact. Don't think any team comes up with a 40m + offer so it's a keep for me.

He can add up to that. If a player like Origi could score in semis and final of CL, Ferran Torres can score too. It's not out of the realm of possibility for him to continue to score in bigger games from the bench. He is confident atm and in good form. He does well in lower pressure as a squad player. Now people don't expect him to carry the heavy load, that's on Raphinha, Yamal and Lewandowski, so as a 4th forward, he's delivering. Some players are like that. They're good, but can't deal with very high pressure as well as others.

Every top team has players in their squad they paid big money for. Havertz has just 2 goals more than Ferran in double the minutes. Jota has fewer than Ferran with also more minutes...

The big teams are full of squad players bought for Ferran money or even more, if you look past likes of Salah, Saka and class players like that.

We aren't rich. And he wasn't bought for being a bench. But we already have him. The payment has been made.
And he is being a crucial element for us this season.

If he agrees to leave it will be great. But if we win anything this season, I think he has contributed a lot to us achieving that.
