It's too much.
Yeah, but just thinking about the through balls he did in prep games mixed with Messi, Dembele and Suarez...

At that price I wonder if we should ask if Verratti would be open to join. PSG wants Mbappe at 180M. I wonder if they would reject 130M for verratti.

Verratti is their best midfielder so he's not leaving. And he's happy to stay now neymar joined.

Why does liverpool have to replace Coutinho this year? Even with Coutinho, they are not going to win EPL and nowhere close to winning UCL.

They'll lose Coutinho sooner or later. their only hope on Coutinho is a big transfer fee.

Lallana maybe if he was fit but him being injured just kills this deal.

If he wanted to join Barca. Then why did he sign a new contract just a few months ago. I wouldnt buy such players. Also our management staff should start negotiating with players agends at least one season before actually buying them so that they dont sign a new long term contract two months before we come knocking at the door. Our management is a bunch of clouns. If they had a serious business to run they'd bancrupt asap. But I guess its easy to play with 'club' money.

They are getting schooled every season.

You should wake up and smell the Coffee. It's a simple fact.

And the way to do is to go against their wishes and force them to stay.

Maybe force Coutinho to apologize in a conference too.

Because he got a much bigger wage and cant hold off trying to earn more in hope that Barca come calling.

Pretty sure there would be no Coutinho transfer if neymar didn't leave.

Thats why you put in the contract a release claus in case of Barca calling. If I had a dream club to join, I would demand such a claus just for that team. For others I wouldnt care at all.

There is a Slovenian player 'Robert Koren', he was also the captain and played in Premier league. Anyway he always finished his contracts with his clubs (three times) and on those deadlines he was a free agent and was able to pick a team he wanted and at the same time he could negotiate higher salary cos teams didnt have to buy him. Similar as NBA players.

Maybe more players should do it that way. I know there is a risk of injury etc., but that rarely happens.

How many players who want a move to Barca or Real have had release clauses put in their contracts from countries where they are not mandatory?

Probably means less wages. It is not some big idea no one will have thought of.

Coutinho like most players seem to will take as big a contract as can and see what happens down the line.
