From what I read yesterday - Liverpool are paying the 'premium' for Keita now, but not the 48m release clause until next year.

Look they will buy Lemar as replacement for Coutinho. They bought Keita already and will bid for VVD. That is 200m. There is no way FSG would wait for deadline to spend more then their budget allows especially at the end of the window when prices are higher. They will recieve big bucks for Coutinho and replace him with Lemar + get Keita for that money.

They will buy VVD for half of what they had left from their budget and sell Sakkho. In the end their net spend will be + and they will have much better tea.

Keita Balde is close to join Monaco, he could probably cover for both Lemar or Mbappe in their system. And they already signed Jovetić.

Who knows what will happen, there are so many rumours out there it's hard to know what's true.
