It's not. I am a neutral fan, if Liverpool have sold Coutinho then they don't wan't any potential selling clubs to know they have 130+ million in the bank.
Ignoring this transfer window, Coutinho is NOT a 100 million player, he isn't even a 70-80 million player, yet because you are desperate and have stupid money in the bank you are willing to pay. If everyone knows Coutinho is sold, Liverpool will have the same thing done to them, which they obviously don't want to happen.
