If Barca is playing in PL they would have come through this type of barren spell. we play in 2 teams league (AM/ Valencia is challenge occasionally). so it's not so easy in PL. Moreover Celtic probably won tittles then Barca. it doesn't mean that Celtic is big club or Barca is small club.

WTF are you talking about??? Celtic???

How many Champions leagues or Europa leagues did Spanish teams win in the last 10 or 15 years and how many teams from England? Please stop talking nonsense dude. This statement was beyond stupid.

They're trying to act like a big club. Thiough if they were so great then why'd he want to leave in the first place?

Also I know someone's going to bring up Neymar leaving barca. It's not comparable, Barcelona are clearly a bigger club than psg and the reason Neymar joined them was because it was a step down and he'd get to be the main man.

Liverpool are a big club. Its just that we are better at the moment. Who knows, the way this board is running the club, after messi's era and mediocre players coming in every transfer window, we may go without winning a major trophy for a while.

Watch this space. how Coutinho back track from leave Liverpool to wanted play & win games. He will tell all are Media and Barca's fault. by the way he never tell face to face or in public media that he wanted to leave. it was done by his agent as per advice of Barca  even the e-mail was send by his agent from his account. if he wanted out so much he would give TR to Klopp himself.

We'll see.
Morata and Lukaku were almost 100m without any relation to Barca, Psg and Neymar.

Van Dijk was 80-ish.
Liverpool and Arsenal were offering 80-90-100 for Lemar.

Morata was 65M with some addons, Lukaku is in the topscorers ranking for years already. He's a proven finisher and that's why he's worth alot.
There are reports those Lemar bids are fake, so we will never know if true. There are alot of signings for "normal" prices and not 100 ish.

But indeed, we will have to see next summer. It's not about facts, we can only predict. Let's just hope the technical staff does their job and there will be interest in multiple players for the same positions.

It's just that almost 20 teams in Europe are better at the moment :D

At this point I would happy with them announcing Alena's promotion to the first team.

Man fuck this window (other than Semedo and GOATbele). Gonna have to pray that Valverde gets his tactics spot on or that either Gomes or Denis do a complete 180 from last season.

Small chances though.

The celtic part is, the other parts aren't. The Spanish/German/French fixture list is far more accommodating to the top teams compared to the premier league, on top of this the games are more difficult so rotating squads is a lot more dangerous if you want to win the league and do well in the champions league, this isn't just premier league club fans saying this but every manager who experiences the premier league. The premier league definitely has had a dip in quality in the last 5 seasons, which coincided with the downfall of Man United.

Secondly, and I will get a lot of hate for this, the Spanish two (you and RM) have had ALOT of beneficial refereeing decisions over the years. I won't say corruption, but something is definitively and has definitely been wrong with the referees in the champions league for the last 15 years. They have now basically demoted the referee from your champ league semi final against PSG due to his decisions, this isn't the first instance a referee influenced a game like this for Spanish teams.

You may disagree with the above, but the fact the referee has officially been demoted will at least help you understand that something has been up in at least 1 of your champions league campaigns regarding biased officiating. Secondly, from a premier league club fan, its hugely frustrating watching two teams in world football buy all the best players, and then on top of this get additional help from referees to win games.

Edit: On top of this, if you wan't to see how hard the Premier League actually is, look how well Pep is doing while having one of the most expensive squads in the league, he smashed it at Barca and is failing in the league.

Alena is 19 years old, they'll eat him alive.

don't be silly. 10-15 years dominance doesn't make you big club. it's the history of your past make you big. if Barca doesn't won anything in the next 5-6 years will it make them small club? unfortunately they way it move it's seems like the case. after Messi retirement I couldn't see who will lead this team.

1. Read this: https://sport.news.am/eng/news/81368/ and I would say he has experience from both Spain and England or not?!

2. So refereeing is the reason RM an Barcelona won almost everything in last 10 years or why ATM reached 2 CL finals?? Dude seriously, Arsenal got slaughtered against Bayern! Tottenham can't go trough the group stage. So referees again???

3. "two teams in world of football buy all the best players" PSG??? Juventus??? Heloooo??? MUN, City and Chelsea also spent disastrous amounts of money in the last couple of years so WTF are you talking about???

Italy: UCL: 3 wins (2x Milan, 1x Inter)/4 finals(3x Juventus, 1x Milan)/ UEFA: 0 wins/0 finals
England: 3 wins (1 Liverpool, 1 United, 1 Chelsea)/6 finals (2 United, 1 Arsenal, 1 Liverpool, 1 Chelsea)/ UEFA: 2 wins (Chelsea, United), 3 finals (Boro, Fulham, Liverpool)

Portugal: 1 win (Porto) / UEFA: 2 wins (2x Porto), 4x finals (2x Benfica, 1x Braga, 1x Sporting Club)

Fucking Spain didn't even lose a final except for the ones they played other Spanish teams.

Last non-Spanish defeated team was Alaves in 2001. :iniesta:
