His best game defensively in a Barca shirt and maybe his best game for Barca full stop. The difference in mentality is what caught the eye most.

Demanding the ball, telling players where he wants it, getting up and running back in to position instead of standing still and moaning at the ref.

Yes, the change of position has done wonders for him, but it's much more than that. His close relationship with Flick seems to have done wonders for him. Dare I say he looked captain material out there yesterday and I certainly never thought I'd ever say that about him.
