Its their statement after rumours about them allowing him to do so(train) was circulating around.

Pre-appeal. The final verdict after they appealed against the lenght of the ban will probably come in 1-2 weeks time.

It's not post appeal. The appeal was submitted yesterday.

He worked A LOT with the psychologist at Liverpool last season.

It'll probably be a psychologist, not psychiatrist. I think he had one at liverpool.

Nothing like that. If Barca arranges for his treatment it is(will) obviously discussed personally between Suarez and club representatives. Otherwise it won't.

We already have a sports psychologist. And no, he probably meant psychologist. Since there is an inherent difference between psychologists and psychiatrists. The former studies the psyche and mental processes whilst the latter studies and diagnoses mental illnesses.
