FA will investigate but like i said, there does not appear to be any proof to confirm either way what happened

It cannot be proved. Simple as that. Evra said Ref was aware of that and

FA statement: The FA has this evening been made aware of an incident that is alleged to have occurred during the Liverpool versus Manchester United fixture at Anfield today. Referee Andre Marriner was made aware of an allegation at the end of the fixture and has subsequently reported this to The FA. The FA will now begin making enquiries into the matter.

So ref has reported this, but as we all know there is no proper evidence so Suarez wont get any ban.

It's very possible that Suarez said something racist, I honestly wouldn't put it below him - remember he was once accused of making fun of Jonathan Reis' drug addiction issues in order to provoke the troubled player, he plays on the edge of morality at all times and does cross it, I hope he did not lower himself to racism to prove his point but only evidence will be able to show that.

Until then, you are accusing a player you hate to fit your own agenda.

which I've as good as admitted. saying, on more than one occasion, let's see what the evidence turns up.

my inclination is that he did say something racist, given Evra's reaction and that Suarez himself is a wind-up cunt.

this is only compounded by his statement on twitter where he doesn't deny saying anything racist, just that he himself isn't a racist. and, tbh, he's not a racist - his picture with LeBron where he's looking pleased with himself (and Coates looks like a serial killer) as good as proves that.

It's football, it's not like it's in the parliament. On the pitch, anything can happen/be said, if you apologize for it, it means that you didn't mean it. You have to keep your head cold and shut these things out..

I have mixed feelings about that. I think trash talk is a part of the game, as a hockey fan I think walking the line of decency is a part of the game and a great way to mentally throw off the opposition, and to a certain extent what happens on the field should stay on the field.

I do think racism crosses the line, if Suarez or whoever uses racism as a tactic it shows more insensitivity than anything else and is likely a mind game more than any political statement, but if someone is caught saying something racist and there's evidence against them they should definitely get a serious punishment, it makes an important statement that there is a line.

But crossing that line and walking around it are very different things.

There is definitely a line that should never, ever be crossed and racial taunting is part of that line. Any player, from any race caught doing it should be punished accordingly.

I agree but if they apologize it means they didn't mean it and should be freed..

Sorry don't agree. If they did the crime then they should do the time....as they say.

And unlike certain posters, I can actually take my bias aside and any LFC player caught making any racial taunting deserves the biggest punishment possible.

However in this case, aside from the fact there is no proof, aside from the fact that apparently Suarez said this word 10 times and no other man u player heard this word and aside from the fact that evra has previous, then I tend to believe Suarez in this instance.
