Though I haven't done the math, but I think, had he taken another 7 (matching Messi's 8), then he would top Messi.

He and barça were a match made in heaven. While Neymar's game has been constantly evolving for years (of course he's matured but there are also other factors), Suarez has been doing Suarez since day one.
