Those are pretty specific and will probably be ironed out when transfer is done anyway. Don't think the commute to training is a make or break for the transfer to happen.

Barcelona by default is better to live in for a rich guy than most cities in Europe. And he surely has visited before.

It's not just that though. I'm sure he'll be asking about Xavi as a coach, training regime, club culture, etc

When we move to a new place we sometimes do it out of sheer excitement.

Players are no different. He's probably fascinated to know more. Every player does that.

Even Tammy Abraham said that recently on his Roma move.

Tammy Abraham probably couldn't find Rome on a map.

it is likely just his agent Pini Zahavi trying to apply pressure to Bayern to force them to sit down and pay up. We are being used just like Madrid was.

If not, I am hoping Bayern will just say no to our 20-30m offer and we never entertain the idea again.

Di Marzio claiming Bayern have a set price of 70-80m for him.

Move on. Don't want to chase this the entire summer and end up with no one.

70-80 M for a 34 year old? CR7 was 100 M when he moved to Juve at 33, with 5 times the CV and superior athletic ability/fitness compared to Lewa.

Delusional Bavarians.

Hope they will pay up what he wants,
AS i don;t like AT ALL the idea of us giving him 20m+ net per season.

Dembele won't renew with 8m net when he hears that, and rightly so.
Plus all other players will demand more.

It can turn quickly into a lose-lose situation.
Either come on a salary respecting a wage structure, or don't come at all I don't care
