Well what made him wanna leave in the first place is a mixture of Bayern screwing up contract talks, not offering him what he wants, and the added prestige of Barca potentially earning him a Ballon D'Or.

However what led to these comments seems to be Bayern blocking a move. They are probably letting him go anyway, but I assume they currently wait for Mane and Lewandowski doesn't like that his future is dependend on another deal, so he wants guarantees now and join Barca asap and not in potentially a few weeks.
