Most of those players are overrated, inconsistent and/or injury prone af(Not Thomas Muller who is a legend).

Gnabry himself wants to leave. Sane and Coman are inconsistent and unreliable. Kimmich has been average for 6 months now. Davies and Goretzka are injury prone.

He's leaving due to contract issues. Bayern is reluctant on extending his contract with the addition of providing a raise, and they've been shopping around for players to replace Lewa for the past few months.

He isn't leaving because he loves Barcelona or whatever. He's an ageing player and Bayern is treating him like that, and that has bruised his ego. That's pretty much it.
