I've just been given some very reliable info regarding Eto'o.

My source says "He is 90% coming to City. Its all about Eto'o getting what he wants out of Barcelona before he joins City."

This guy is no bullshitter. He said we were signing Stuart Taylor from Villa, Barry from Liverpool and Bridge from Chelsea days before they even were rumoured in the news.

I'm always very sceptical about ITK's, but this guy is for real.

I suppose only time will tell if he's right...

Eto'o is a Barca legend, no doubt. But it's time he moves on. Needless to mention his poor finishing recently, he doesn't have the sharpness he had 2-3 seasons back. His wage demands are excessive and above all his attitude doesn't help the situation at all .. He had a few situations with Pep this season which could have turned nasty if Pep didn't deal with it maturely .. Anyways, if he does leave Thank you so much, and if he stays then it's alright as well, but I really prefer a new striker.

How can you despite a champions league winning goal? It was not even a tap in, it was prime effort. Let us not forget how many champions leagues you have lost and that he scored in the two games you won the CL.

Yes I understand that for a couple of months he was absolutely garbage but he was phenomenal for 6-7 months at least (including the CL final). What beast is arguing is the lack of appreciation, the lack of glorification for such an icon of the club. From a footballing perspective, and from an economical perspective it makes sense to sell him now.

Eto'o does deserve better. One of the highest scorer's in our club's history. Xavi has done much less and has received far great accolades. All the Catalans get treated like their shits don't stink... fuck even Oleguer stayed for seasons after we knew he was shit and they still gave him a shot till the very end.

at the end of the season, when you guys saw him play with our B team... he did absolutely nothing and lost the pichichi race. he cant create a goal for himself and it was sooo evident that his heavy touch is obvious from his lack of acceleration.

Without this sounding like Im causing trouble no I dont think Robinho is a top player in terms of world football .

I think Tevez brings more pull then Robinho so if you do sign Tevez then maybe he can attract a few of his pals over from Argy .

Pep didn't treat Eto'o poorly, he just didn't baby him - he was very honest and up front about it, and he said he won't mess around. Pep's treatment was required

I would say that Guadiola know how to motivate his players........ Its funny but i remembered last season eto was on a hat trick and was subsituted in the 60th minute or so. the next game or so he scored a first half hat trick...... maybe guadiola knows how to motivate him......

All details between Eto'o and City has been agreed, the only thing to be sorted is Eto'o pay off from Barcelona.

I know I am repeating myself but to reasure you after what The News said regarding Lescott, he is 100% a Man City player.
