Considering Lucho is wanting to promote him or loan him out to a top flight team in the coming summer, he should be playing like someone who is ready to make that step. Deulofeu is in loan hell right now because he made the second division look like an amateur league. Adama is not.
When Adama with statistic of dribbling he is the best in europe he does not made segunda look like an amateur league ? It's obvious he will be more easy for adama to play an highest level ( because he will not have three players on him at the same time), watch his game against Elche to give you an idea of his contribution ...

He is good in dribbling and bad in 4 other key things.
He is young, he can improve, some players develop later... Those are all correct answers.
But currently, there are 90% of chances that he will be a weaker player than Tello, than that he will be a Barca's 1st team player.
It is extremely hard to be an attacker in Barca.
So, not succeeding here doesn't mean that you are a bad player.
And usually you have to be really special in a lot of areas to succeed in Barca.
Chances for Adama are extremely small. He would need to improve drastically in a loooot of areas in the next 2-3-4 years, which is highly unlikely, considering the usual way how players develop (and considering their current skills at the age of 18-19-20).

He can dribble ,but his iq is the lowest I've ever seen for a footballer .
he dribbles and dribbles and dribbles .he is more of playing street football than professional one

That Sterling had a really low football IQ?
It has been more the opposite - people have praised Sterlings awareness for such a young player and plays with his head up.
Commentary on sterling in youth categories are the same like adama, same for Bale and robben, just speed ...
You just need to understand that when you have eliminated such capacity is normal to be a soloist at the beginning but after we evolve and it'll be the same for Adama ...

Not every player can be like those mentioned. He needs a football i.q. and right now he doesn't have one. Bale is a complete idiot of a player and look at how awful he is when he doesn't get to run with the ball.

Bale, Sterling and Robben were all first team players at the age of Adama is now and showing much bigger all round games at a higher level.
Adama is promoted to first team next year ( even if he will be loan ) and play to barcelona first team is difficult for offensive players you can see that with Suarez and Alexis Sanchez, we are talking about one of the best team of the world , your really think adama is not in the first team with liverpool or PSV ?

The way he's playing the last couple of months Adama wouldn't make it at any first league team whatsoever.
Yesterday was the first game in a while where his dribbling actually paid off. Other than that he literally ignored almost every possibility to pass. And his end product is still not strong enough to make up for his deficiencies
Robben was in PSV, Bale in Southampton and Sterling in a horrible Liverpool. Cant compare that with Barcelona.
