You know Adriano has been playing well, but I still don't think he's the best option to start. I'd prefer Alba over him. Much more inventive player, fantastic crosser, better dribbler, more tactically aware imo. Adriano, as good as he's doing, is just a pretty average player with sporadic moments of brilliance. I guess that's how I'd describe him. Don't get wrong, he's been huge for us since Abi's been gone, but something urges me to lean towards Alba more. At least he'd make our attack a lot stronger on the left, whereas Adriano doesn't add anything particularly extraordinary to either attack or defense, he just does his job well. Alba will open some incredible doors in attack, and he's a fairly solid defender. Let's see how it goes, meanwhile I hope he gets well soon. That list desperately needs to go down.

for me abidal will be always in my heart,and adriano with his injuries could have unstable perfomances,im not saying that he hasnt been very good from the start this season except the clasico that he did a completely mess but injuries could destroy him
