I think his style might be even more worse than Dani's
Your argument is invalid

Again, who would you sacrifice in favor of playing the double pivot with Song? Not worth it. Especially because 1) we never start with a double-pivot, and it would be suicidal to go experiment with it now in the CL semis, and 2) it would mean we are adapting our game to Bayern's, which is a way of subordinating from the start and letting Bayern control the game. We need to go out with our standard XI and just do the best we can, like in the 2nd leg VS Milan. That works better for us than the best double-pivot there is.

One of my friends who is a long time cule, Told me that the last time Barcelona used an actual double pivot was 17 years ago.with 'Sir Bobby Robson' (I can't verify this for sure)
So you can all forget about the double pivot.

We do play with both of them sometimes now, as well, but only late in the second half when we're leading. And that's a good strategy, IMHO. I wouldn't want us starting with a double-pivot, though.

We used it a few weeks ago, don't remember against who but we brought on Busi who proceeded to give the ball away for a goal.

I'd say that's the way to go. Not as the starting lineup but a possible strategy to keep a lead.

It's simply not our style, Too conservative.

Using a double pivot to maintain a result is completely different than using it as your main system.
And that will be celta.

Not only is it too conservative, but it also takes away from our biggest strengths. It's not this team's system and that's it.

Last time we used this, it had the exact opposite result as we conceded against Celta.

The last time we used it was against PSG in the second leg. It worked alright.

I do agree that it can backfire though. And like I said, it definitely shouldn't be used as the main lineup. Like others have said, it's too conservative, takes away from our strengths, etc, etc.

Like I said, it should be a POSSIBLE strategy to keep a lead, but not one we use every time we're 1 goal up.

3 starts for Song, 3 clean sheets for the team.

Supposedly unhappy because he hasnt been a starter. I like the guy and he's a solid dm back up for Busi but will he stay?? If he wants away it means looking for another player unless we put Masch back there again. Interesting times at Barca.
