Not hopeful that we're going to be able to offload him. What about Napoli's interest earlier this summer, are they still looking for a DM? They wanted either Mascherano or Song, no?

Isn't Song more natural as an attacking/playmaking midfield? This season barca only has Iniesta, Rakitic, a young Roberto, and an aging Xavi in that role...insane when you think how stacked the midfield used to be.

Unless the board is planning to buy another midfielder I don't think selling Song would be wise.

Unless Enrique is planning to play Busquets in that position, and Mascherano as DM. Or messi as a midfielder...

No, we absolutely don't need him. He has a huge salary and he will only impede the progress of youngsers like Rafinha and Halivic.


We should sell him for like 3 mill and call it a day.
