2. Move Barça to the Bundesliga

Neither of which will happen.

Messi should be AM with Alexis/Striker ahead of him to pin the CBs, but his work rate makes that impossible. So, positionally, you're going to see much the same.

I don't think it would've worked with a 4-3-3. Alexis switched a lot with Messi this season, but it didn't make a huge difference to the game. Both of them need to be in the centre.

Yup, honestly a hybrid 3-4-3/4-3-3 is my preferred formation for Barca.

We can't play with giving a free role to Messi, Neymar, Alexis and even Iniesta has some sort of a free role.

We just have too many players currently that need a free role.

Plus, if we want to play Tiki-Taka, then 4 players with a free role makes absolutely no sense.
We can't have both a system like Tiki-Taka which works almost like a Mathematics, and a system with 3-4 players who will have a free role and do "whatever" they want on the pitch.
