Obviously any players toughest game is when he faces a bus. Sometimes messi won't be able to break a team down. But messi is the best player at facing them, and has broken many tough defences in his time.

Not that many. Probably the 10 men Madrid in 2011 is the finest example, but other than that, he almost always struggled hard against teams which defended well. Don't try to build a case out of exceptions.

And its not like Messi was bad against chelsea in 2012.

 He was. He lost a ball in a dangerous area in London and we conceded a goal from Drogba. Then in the return leg he missed 4-5 big chances to score, even a penalty. His misses cost us.

Team also matters yes. But even if he is the main man he would not do this great in la liga. He will never get that much space in la liga.

Why do you assume that everyone in La Liga plays the same like they do against Barca?

RM or any fast-paced counter-attacking team disagrees with you.

Oh, you don't remember those game. Thats alright, because if you would have remember those games, you would know that apart from those 2 error for Drogba's goal and the penalty miss, Messi was our best and most threatening player, and its not like the rest of the players were bad either, as most had a pretty good game proven by the fact that we completely and utterly outplayed Chelsea home and away..

Players like Sanchez and Aguero and Silva are playing better in Premier league than they ever did in la liga, and people still believe that EPL is a better league ??

Because there's no other possible variables involved, and every single player that went from La Liga to EPL has performed better...

Well, it's a fair question. At Barca he was averaging 1.1 dribble per game, consistently struggling to beat his man. It was one of his weak points which he said so himself:

Alexis: "I'm happy with the goals I'm scoring, but I still have to improve my dribbling." (16.02.2014)

Suddenly he has 3 times as many successful takeones (3.4) in the EPL. Bojan in England has more successful takeons than Neymar, Isco or Iniesta. In fact it's the first time in years that Bojan resembles a competent player. Can't judge players in such an amateur league tbh. :eusa_think:

Nah, best player in the EPL this season. Aguero maybe if he didn't get injured.

Not like any1 at Barca is having a better season than him, so no not just best Arsenal player.

Unfortunately Costa has been the best player in England this year.
