Alexis is playing in a free role from the left where has total freedom and is main man in attack.
He would never get that at Barca, he isnt better than Neymar to play on the left and would never be the main man ahead of Messi.
I got torn to shreds for saying he is best on the left of a front three last season. He is proving it now.

Good point. Let's see how good he is when he plays a team that isn't end to end like Stoke and plays with a deep and organised defence with no spaces to run into.

Like Messi last year right? Nobody really performs against buses as an individual, it's the team that does or doesn't do the job. Need I remind you that Messi had some of his worst games at Barca against Chelsea - 4 times, against Inter - 2 times, and against Atletico - the whole last season (all of them good buses)? I think not.

Messi also had his first iconic performance as 19 year old against Mou's chelsea. And its not like Messi was bad against chelsea in 2012.
