Alexis Sanchez

Not a nice thing to come barging in with such negativity and mock people that showed positive attitude and faith. Was that the only reason for your post?
the reason is that there are no more excuses for this player... he has been given the chances and yet again he disappoints. The fact is that even if he scores one time or playing one match good after he was bad theres no guarantee that he will start playing good in the next matches and he proved it tonight......

That's true but why not saying that instead of mocking someone's noble trait such as faith. That's just not welcome here.
Respectful towards other posters is what states in the rules ;)

Thanx.

He is just so bad it's unthinkable. In his current state, he is below Segunda Division standards. It's disturbing, really. We should sell him, but we'd probably have to pay someone to take him, so I guess it's unlikely...

Does Udinese have a refund fee?

I like this man and I want him to succeed, but it id becoming increasingly unfair towards Tello not to play. Tello should be in front of Alexis in the pecking order. He earned it with his performances, just like Pedrito had done, when he benched Henry.

I don't even understand why we got this guy. I was just surprised that we got him. We were not in need of a forward since we have la masia products already. I also don't get why we paid 35m for him when he is only cost 15m. Another bad business from Barca.

We did a good business deal with Alba for a bargain price but we overpaid for Alexis.

Juve are interested with him. Maybe we can get at least 15m?

If we can secure a solid CB and a GK. We should sell Villa (since he really wants to leave and is getting old), Valdes, Masch (since we are going to have 3 solid CB's then there's no point of keeping him), Affelay & Bojan.

I think that the money we can get for their sales can cover our purchase for a solid CB & GK. But knowing Barca's obsession with Neymar I think they will focus on him first.

Good performance, shame about the finishing. The linesman screwed him over as well, that pass to Messi was genius. I can see why they persist with him though. He gets a lot of clear chances, if he learned to finish he could get 40, 50 goals a season. None of the other forwards(apart from Messi) could do that.

Remember that game last year where a ballboy showed ballcontrol, kid had 50x as much ballcontrol as Alexis did when Messi gave him a great pass.
Its not a lack of confidence, that just adds to it.
Villa/Tello should always be above him.

I just don't know.On a personal level I feel for him, he's trying to impress but.... it's just not working out so far. There is an obvious reluctance from the hierarchy to drop or get rid of him due to his price tag. It's a conundrum.

I guess they will stick with him until the summer, in the hope that he improves and scores a few goals ? If he doesn't then he'll be offloaded at a probable loss. The problem is that the longer they keep faith with him (and he doesn't deliver), the more detrimental he becomes to the team as they play increasingly important games....

I just hope the lad rediscovers his form sooner rather than later.

He gets all those chances because the defenders give him MILES of space. If you watch him closely you can see they barely pay attention to him and they have good reason not to. In the unlikely scenario that he does learn to finish, defenders would start to mark him normally and he would get absolutely no chances.
