I'm in a perfect position to appreciate players such as Coutinho as he's on our screens virtually every week . He's a fabulous player who would walk into our midfield these days .. I'm wondering if some in here have a view or are commenting on players they've never even seen play though !

He's been Liverpool's best player for at least the last two seasons .

My comments were tongue in check. There was no animosity, sorry if you understand it that way.

I disagree with how you don't rate Rakitić and on the other hand overrate some players (like Stones last year, Bellerin, Ozil,... that I just don't rate too much) but I can accept and respect different opinions. Agree that Gomes deserves another chance and he'll get it. I would be more than happy if we could get any of the players you mentioned below but just don't think we'll sign anyone of them. Hopefully Bartobert will prove me wrong.
