IMO he would command a fee in excess of £60m.
If he want on the market for £65m there would be a lot of interest.
He isn't as marketable as Ronaldo, so I doubt he would reach that £80m because clubs when spending that sort of cash, would like some of it back through marketing.

One has to consider, that paying a transfer fee means compensating the loss of a player for the club. Iniesta is a role model for all of the youth players; he's a character all fans can identify with - furthermore, he's one of the players that gives the sentence "més que un club" a meaning. He's the best midfielder since Laudrup and scores the crucial goals (remember Stamford Bridge).
