and props to messi for the pass which was perfectly weighted for iniesta to hit it like he did.
I love that iniesta is becoming more of a key player for us. it lessens the burden of production on messi. plus lil' wendell is just so smoooooooth to watch. the way he glides across the pitch is just elegance to rival zidane.

‘’Shoot ,for heaven’s sake,shoot”-A shout from thousands of desperate cules,who were on Stamford Bridge or those who were in frot of their TV,certainly reached Andres Iniesta ,who dedicated his heart and soul to that shot.He ‘broke’ the ball,he unpicked it,he kicked like he never had before and caused ecstasy.”Goal,goal” was shouted on the pitch,on the bench,in the street,in bars,in houses.In a rage,with tears,with happiness .Intense feelings.
Andrés Iniesta, a meek footballer,with lovely face and humble gestures,showed us his ‘’killer’s instinct”,it put It all in a ball in 93rd minute,that carried all cules’ hopes for final in Rome.That ball fighted to maintain alive a dream of triplete,it was the only ball that came in form the 3 shots on target in that bloody match!
That goal brought back memories from 17 years ago.6th November of 1991,Jose Mari Bakero was going through Kaiserslautern’s defense ,in 90th minute of 2nd match in 1/8 finals and headed the ball in the net,an impossible ball,which stayed remembered forever like a germ of Dream team,a legendary team who won European Cup for the 1st time ,on Wembley ,beating Sampdoria 1-0 with another amazing goal,Koeman’s one.That ball,that goal changed Barca’s history and ,17 years laters,seems to have the same impact.Then,young Guardiola,idelogue of this team,entered like a sub on the pitch to celebrate with his playmates.Yesterday,also from the bench,Pep lost control for a moment and got crazy near the pitch while “old” Sylvinho tried to clam him down and tell him that he needed to make a change.
Guardiola deserved it,but Iniesta even more.Because of the huge patience he had during many years,during which he may haven’t got all credits he deserved and because of the incredible season during which he wasn’t under shadow of some cracks and proved that he is unique and crucial player.Iniesta,with Messi’s permission ,was the leader in moments of weakness during this season.His exploit in Londond is already football’s history.
