Andres is a magician but so is Messi and he's been far more consistent over the year even when the rest of the team was underperforming. Iniesta is my favorite but there is no denying that Messi is the best.

Most would now say Cristiano Ronaldo's not even in Messi's league these days, in which case Iniesta almost certainly isn't. You could play Messi anywhere from midfield up and he'd still be better than everyone else. In the final third, his dribbling, shooting, passing, anticipation, vision etc is unrivalled. It's borderline cheating having him in the Barcelona side, he's that good - and he makes it look easy.

Depends really, Messi is certainly better, no argument there. But I enjoy watching Iniesta at his best more, and would definitely say I'd prefer him more as a player. But still it's impossible to have your own spotlight when Messi's around, so tough luck..

There certainly is an argument, Iniesta is more consistent, better technically and is more intelligent, Messi is a better athlete and he scores so obviously he gets the glory. Definitely doesn't mean he's a better footballer.
