He was visibly tired for me too. He is slower these days for sure, but not THAT slow. If this Iniesta would be the norm, he wouldn't be a starter. No, this was a tired Iniesta playing a game he should have been rested in.

He wasnt tired he has not even played a lot of minutes recently and ones he did were friendlies he played half the game in.

Did not even look remotely tired in those Spain games. The difference is the pace of game and being surrounded by other slow as fuck players.

Overall ,Neymar's thread is bigger than this, also some from the caffe catalonia section.

Also there's much bigger ones , but closed , in the archive sections.

I dont understand how he insists on shooting from impossible positions especially given that:

1 shooting was never something he excels at
2 he has weak shooting
3 does those with his even weaker foot, the left
4 has them x rays eyes so he would simply do more damage with passing from those distances

Ok game from iniesta today.. but one has to keep in mind that alba aside no one makes runs from behind the opponents's defenses

Not just Alba though, Iniesta does it too at times. And now that Semedo and your petit chou chou Dembele ;) are back on active duty, you'll see more of that on the right.

No need to start this game but EV will almost surely field him from the first minute and sub him in the 80th min or so if Barca have secured the winning of the tie...
