Pep should sub him in more often. The only way he'll improve is if he actually plays a bit.

he is where thiago was when he got promoted last, he is only training with the team to get the concepts down, this will last for a few more weeks maybe two months tops, then he will start to get a run out here and there, before starting most of the preseason games and playing regularly in 12/13 season
