Agreed we should have been selling Cesc for 50+ the guy is one of the best midfielders in the world and we gave him to Chelsea of all people imagine if we waited we could have sold him to Man Utd who have clearly pressed the panic button for a crazy amount.

But most of the time Real just sell players who are doing well for the club just to make room for new Galactico signings....Ozil was also regular in starting XI in his final season at Real too...They sell players who are doing well for the club whereas Barca sell players who aren't working out

thanks, only watched him three or four times since his transfer and felt he was doing alright. So seems like the 42M € (IIRC) were indeed a tad too much then.
