the fee is being reported as £59.7 million by all the british press, that is with the add ons included, not as expensive as previously reported. still expensive mind you but that is what you have to pay nowadays for a world class player at his peak, he will prove to be much better value then torres or david luiz at £50 million. i love di maria's versatility, he can play any of the 3 attacking mid positions or in a centre mid position in a 4-3-3. wonderful signing, i am hoping we get a central midfielder before the window closes which would round off an excellent window for us.

It,s £59.6 plus add-on's but one of the conditions is di maria winning the ballon-dor so it looks like real are just inflating the fee to justify the sale

Given the choice most United fans will chose Bale over Di Maria.....We were willing to pay over 100 million for him last season..

That's because alot of PL fans, including Man Utd fans, very rarely see much football outside the PL. But as of right now, Di Maria is better than Bale at almost everything bar athleticism and shooting.

Well to be honest you can replace Bale with Ronaldo in that sentence and it would still be true...Barca fan seriously underrate the qualities Ronaldo and Bale are good at..

yeah, and the other add ons are apparently dependent on united winning the champions league twice, so madrid won't be getting any of those add ons any time soon...
