Those clauses include highly unlikely circumstances such as us winning league,CL and Di Maria winning the Ballon Dor so I wouldn't consider that when calculating the total fee..

75m isn't a bad deal at all for Man U in this market actually. Certainly way better than 60m for Luiz (seriously, that has to be the worst deal this summer by far. Or even the worst deal since Torres. Wtf were PSG smoking?).
