He is a terribly selfish player. He is not someone you want on your team if you are trying to come from behind. He will shoot from anywhere instead of passing the ball and will try beat everyone on his own, usually wasting possession and time available to come back and equalize.

Plus he is a diving rat faced skinny little female dog!

When things go his way, and he's on a roll, sure. He's still clueless about teammates (he takes the Autobahn straight to the other goal, regardless of his teammates' availability, and shoots from obscure angles), doesn't do jackshit defensively, and is theatrical as hell (yes, yes, we all know about Busquets' diving). Lots of pointless dribbles and shots from him.

But it's all relative of course, in the end he's a good player.
