I'd like to seem him play a few games in the no 10 role and see how he does with someone like Martial in front of him...Our team has been far too static in the final third and I'm not convinced that his poor form isn't caused by how little we've created...

I agree but he led the line like someone with a lot of experience in the position. Lots of neat touches, held it up well and looked to get in behind. There's no point holding him back if he's shown that he can contribute a lot now.

I just want to try it, Mata was given a chance at number 10 and didn't take it. He skirts around the edges of games and is too weak.
