If he has a standout performance in the final, scoring couple goals or score the only winning goal, then I believe griezman will win.

If he helps France win the Euro's a campaign will start for Griezmann, he might get the euro player of the year award but for the ballon d'or you need overall popularity. Maybe if he had won Atletico the cl as well.
